When well people become sick, they create a desire to feel well again; and through that contrast and that desire, medicine and cures and treatments are created.
When people desire to talk to one another when they are far away, they create a desire to hear one another's voice again, even in distance; and through that contrast and that desire, phones are created.
When I feel alone, I desire to be with love; and so friends are called, family is contacted, and "Hello" is said softly to passerby's.
When I am hungry, I desire delicious food; and when I am tired, I desire rest. When it is almost time for us to part, I desire more time with you; and when I do not have enough (money, time, resources) I desire more abundance...
It is through the contrast of life, through challenges that we become aware of possibilities, and we grow, expand, and become more; but many of us have been taught to resist and fight challenges, to overcome them and prevent them.
A challenge in your life may be the greatest gift you've ever been presented with.
With love, (and inspired by the teachings of Abraham-Hicks)
